You acknowledge that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and grant to The Edge Review ("TER") the following in connection with your participation in TER's digital magazine and newsletter publications.

1. You grant the non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, distribute, publish, digitize, reproduce, display, modify, create derivative works of, archive, or otherwise exhibit, in any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, or to refrain from doing so: my articles and contributions to TER; any interviews or media featuring me; any materials, including written, audio, and visual works that I submit for use in connection with TER publications (collectively, the "Materials").
2. You understand and agree that your contribution will be published as Open Access under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license, allowing others to share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided they give appropriate credit to the original publication in TER.
3. You agree not to submit or publish the exact content of the Materials on any other platforms, channels, or media outlets without the express written consent of TER. This includes but is not limited to personal blogs, social media, other publications, or any digital or print media.
4. For clarity, the rights granted include the transcription and reproduction of the Materials for inclusion in products distributed by TER and digital publication of my contributions in TER's magazine and newsletter.
5. In connection with the rights granted herein, you grant TER the non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use my name, picture, likeness, voice, and biographical information. You agree that TER will have the right to attribute statements to you, which are expressions of you personal experience and belief, which may be contained in any resulting media.
6. You agree that no portion of the resulting media containing your name, biographical information, quotes, photographs, or recorded interviews needs to be submitted for any approval. You further understand that you shall have no ownership in any of the resulting media incorporating your comments, likeness, or name.
7. To the best of your knowledge, your contributions and Materials do not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including, but not limited to, any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights), are factually accurate, and contain nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful. Where necessary, you have obtained all third-party permissions and consents to grant the rights above and have provided copies of such permissions and consents to TER.
8. The undersigned hereby assigns to The Edge Review all rights under copyright that may exist in and to: the above Work, including any revised or expanded derivative works submitted to TER by the undersigned based on the Work; any associated written or multimedia components or other enhancements accompanying the Work.

You hereby expressly release and forever waive any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, costs, attorney's fees, losses and expenses which you may have against TER suffered by me as a result of or arising from my participation.

You acknowledge that you have carefully read and understand this document and what it means with respect to my participation.
